The plan shoula be correlated with the map and should show where extraction will oeyin, and which direction, if any, it ' wilt proceed. EXHIBIT C - Map ' Tnis map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information to determine the location of the affected land on the yround and existing and proposed roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mininy operation. All ' immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on this map. If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If not, the narrative ' must oe comprehensive enough to craw an accurate verbal picture of the expected appearance of the area after completion of reclanation. i~
