Proposed Future Land Use <br />' (foal of reclanation) Agriculture <br />tX,yIdIT A - Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and oe wholly adequate for field <br />' location of the property. It Can De in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br />aescription by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address ar lot number(s) may be <br />' used. <br />EXHIBIT tl - Mininy Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. The plan shoula be correlated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will oeyin, and which direction, if any, it <br />' wilt proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C - Map <br />' Tnis map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the yround and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mininy operation. All <br />' immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on this map. <br />' EXHIBIT D - ~dildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />tech of the aoove-+nentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br />Stu 1 t. <br />' EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan ' <br />As ,vith the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />phases ur stayes of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected oy each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If not, the narrative <br />' must oe comprehensive enough to craw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclanation. <br /> <br /> <br />i~ <br />
