Please be advised that on May 19, 1995, Connell Resources, whose address and
telephone number are 4305 E. Harmony Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80525;
[phone], filed an application to conduct surface mining and
reclamation, at or near Section 3, Township 6N, Range 68W, 6th Prime Meridian,
in Larimer County. The application decision is scheduled for August 17, 1995.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Larimer County Clerk
& Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology,
