The <br />reports have been prepared as required by Rule 4.05.6(13). Since the approval of Technical Revision <br />No. 26, Pond F and Pond D have been incorporated into the Foidel Creek permit. These <br />Quarterly pond inspection reports should be included with the Foidel Creek report package. <br />Ponds requiring maintenance as noted in these inspection reports include Pond F and the Fish <br />Creek Tipple Pond.
