By agreement, we wish to include these commitments into the <br />DMG Regular Operations permit. <br />The two additions to our permit should read as follows: <br />A planting screen of willow and alder shtuhs will be installed along State Highway 9, <br />borderit~ lakes two and three. These plantings and other landscaping on the property shall <br />be irrigated as necessary to ensure the plants are capable of surviving without irrigation. <br />2. At least 20% of the shorelines of each lake shall have undulating land forms. An undulation <br />shall be defined as a protrusion extending aT leaa-t 20 feet from the normal shoreline and <br />tapering at least five times the protrusion distance in both directions. Undulations will be <br />seated with inert fill material when available and with gravel when inert fill is not available, <br />concutrertt with the reclamation of the lake shorelines. The slope of all undulations shall not <br />exceed 4; I.
