<br />INHALED: Move person to fresh au. If person is not breathing, call 91 ] or an
<br />balance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth if possible.

<br />IF ON SKW OR CLOTHWG: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin

<br />IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 16-20
<br />minuets. Remove contact lenses, if present. after the first 5 minutes, then cominue
<br />rinsing. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

<br />or doctor or going for treatment.

<br />HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
<br />CAUTION!
<br />Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through skin. Avoid breathing spiny mist. Avoid
<br />concoct with skin, eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after
<br />handling.
<br />Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
<br />Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are listed below. If you
<br />want more options, follow the instuctions for category A on an EPA chemical-
<br />resistant category selection chart
<br />'Applicators and other handlers must wear:
<br />• Long-sleeve shirt and long pants
<br />• Chemical-resistant gloves, such as bury] tubber >74 mils, or natural robber
<br />> 14 mils, or neoprene robber ?14 mils, or nitrite tubber >l4 mils.
<br />• shoes plus socks
<br />Follow mznufacmrer's instmedons for cleaning and maintaining PPE. If no such
<br />instructions for washables, use detttgertt and hot water Keep and wash PPE
<br />separately from other laundry. -
<br />User Safety Recommendations:
<br />Users Should:
<br />• Wash hands before eating, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.
<br />• Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly
<br />and put on clean clothing.

<br />This produR may eonetminate water through drift ofspmy in wind. This product
<br />has a high potential for mnoff for several months or wort after application. Poorly
<br />draining soils and soils with shallow waetrtables are more prone to produce runoff
<br />[ha[ contains this product. A level, well maintained vegetative buffer strip between
<br />areas m which this product is applied and surface water features such as ponds,
<br />streams, and springs will reduce the poiendal for contamination of water from
<br />rainfall-runoff. Runoff of this product will be reduced by avoiding applications
<br />when rainfall is-forecasted to occur within 48 hours.
<br />IMPORTANT
<br />PLATEAU herbicide may be applied to non irrigation ditches and low lying
<br />areas when water has drained, but may be isolated in pockets due m uneven or
<br />unkvel conditions. DO NOT treat the inside of irrigation ditches. DO NOT rinse
<br />equipment on or near desirable trees or omamrntal plants, or oa areas where their
<br />roots may extend, or in locations where the chemical may be washed or moved
<br />into contace with thew roots. DO NOT use on raidenda] lawns.
<br />DIRECTIONS FOR USE
<br />II is a violation of Federal law to use this product in.e manner inconsistent with
<br />its labeling.
<br />Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons,
<br />either directly or through drift Only proetcmd handlers may be in the area during
<br />application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the
<br />agency responsible for pesticide regulation.
<br />This labeling must be in the possession of the user at the rime of pesticide
<br />application.
<br />DO NOT use PLATEAU herbicide nn food or feed amps except as recommrnded
<br />by this label or supplemental labeling.
<br />DO NOT cut treated area for hay within seven days after treatment

<br />Observe al] cautions and limitations on-this label and on the labek of products
<br />used in combination with PLATEAU herbicide. Do not use PLATEAU herbicide

<br />PLATEAU herbicide not consistent with this label' may result in injury to desired
<br />vegetadon. Keep containers closed to avoid spills and contamination.
<br />When making new plantings of pmiricgrass or wildflowers, carryover from per-
<br />sistent herbicides such as sulfonyl-arcs, imidazolindne, triazinq substituted urea,
<br />dinitroanaline, and oOter herbicides applied [he previous year may result is com-
<br />pounded injury or death of desirable vegetation when treated with PLATEAU
<br />herbicide.
<br />When making applicafians around desirable trees or ornamental plants, small areas
<br />should be tested m determine the tolerance of a particular species to soil and/or
<br />foliar applicatons of PLATEAU herbicide. See "TOLERANCE OF TREES AND
<br />BRUSH TO PLATEAU HERBICIDE" section of this label.
<br />DO NOT apply this product through any type of imgation system.
<br />DO NOT exceed 12 ounces of PLATEAU herbicide per acre in b¢e year.
<br />AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
<br />Use this producronly in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Pro-
<br />etction Smndard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains rcquiremrnts for the
<br />protecdon of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses,
<br />and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, de-
<br />contamination, nodficadon, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific
<br />inswctions and exceptions pertaining to the staetments on this label about per-
<br />sonal protective equipment (PPE) and restricted entry interval. The requirements
<br />in this box only apply m uses of this product that am covaed by the Worker
<br />Protection Standard.
<br />Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry
<br />interval (REI) of 12 hours.
<br />PPE regdired far early entry to treated areas that H permitted under the Worktt
<br />Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated,
<br />such as plants, soil, or water, is:
<br />• coveralls
<br />• chemical-resistant gloves, such as butyl rubber >74 mils, or natural tubber
<br />> I4 mils, or neoprene robber >l4 mils, or nitrite robber >I4 mils.

<br />N-AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
<br />requirements in this box apply to uses of this product that are NOT within
<br />scope of the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticide:
<br />CFR Part ]70}. The WPS applies when this product is used m produce
<br />cultural plants on fawns, forests, nurseries, or greenhouses.
