The augmentation plan allows releases to be made cut of <br />the Lost Lake Slough to compensate for any injury to vested <br />water rights that might occur because of the pumping of the <br />Stevens Gulch wells. <br />Final (corrected) <br />The Lost Lake water is exchanged to the Stevens Gulch wells via <br />an Augmentation Plan that has received final approval by the <br />4later Court (P,eference ;J-3106; Referee's Ruling September 22, <br />1978; Judgement and Decree of Water Court October 19, 1978). <br />Draft (incorrect) <br />i <br />At present, the mine is in the development phase. Retreat <br />mining has been attempted on only one panel, Serious roof <br />• falls occurred, resulting in the abandonment of the panel.
