Communities and Cuildings
Analysis: There are no public highways, cemeteries, occupied
buildings, schools, churches, coi~~ur,ities, institutional
buildings, public parks, or occupied dwellings on or ~;;ithin
the required buffer zones on these federal lands. In
addition, the 100-foot buffer zone required around the
right-of-gray for the television translator and poser cable
lies outside of the area to be affected by the mining
operation. Tt~e criterion is, therefore, not applicable.

AnalYSis: The 170 acres of public lands involved have no*_ been
designated as s; i 1 derness study areas. H;;c~ever, the CLf4

Analysis: This criterion is not applicable because visual

Criterion No. 6 -- Lands Used for Scientific Study
Analysis: The htaster Title Plats for T. 13 S., R. 91 a.; and
T. 13 S., R. 92 h., 6th P.P1., does not indicate that
scientific studies have been permitted on these federal
lands. The criterion is, therefore; not applicable.
