In accordance with Rule 2.6 of the <br />Construction Materials Rules and Regulations we are giving all ec ncerned parties thirty days' notice of the <br />scheduline of a hearing of this matter. <br />A Formal Public Hearine will be held during the July 27-28, 1999, Board meeting for consideration of this appeal. <br />The hearing will be held in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, D~Inver, Colorado, beeinning a[ 9:00 a.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as the matter can be considered. At the hearing, the Board may make all factual determinations necessary <br />to evaluate the application relative to the basis for the appeal, and consider all relevant evidence.
