Pit~No. 6 • • <br />Exibit B, <br />A, Aa this is an old exlsting pit, there will be very <br />little top soil removed. <br />B, Material will be removed with a Dozer and Front-End <br />Loader from South side. Transportation will be by <br />truck. <br />C. There will be no ground water or surface water rights <br />involved in this operation. No water table problems <br />are anticipated. There will be no water required for <br />' any part of this operation. <br />D. The actual area to be mined will involve lees than <br />8 acres. <br />E, The total Brea affected will cover leas than 8 ecrea. <br />F, The pit will be used only at such times that road work <br />is being done in the area, which will probably occur <br />~ for short periods of time each year, The closing date <br />of the pit is indefinite. <br />G. The material to be mined is sand and gravel. <br />H. The amount of material to be mined is not known, but <br />will probably not exceed 500 tons in any one year. <br />Exibit D, <br />A, Vegetation <br />The plant cover is very sparse short and mid grasses. <br />B. Wildlife <br />The impact on wildlife will be minimal. <br />See attached letter. <br />C. Soils <br />See attached Soils Map and Description of <br />Domineon Soils (DOll). <br />Exhibit E, <br />Reclamation Plen <br />A, The material will be mined so as to leave a surface i <br />contured to reflect the natural topography of the <br />surrounding area. <br />B. The slope will be left ao steeper khan <br />tC~. The proposed excavation will have no adverse effect on <br />drainage, as it will follow the natural contours of the <br />area. <br />D. The present land use is for limited grazing. The <br />future use will be for limited grazing. <br />E.
