State Reg. <br />• spoils will be installed and monitored in the same manner as wells <br />located outside the affected areas. Ground water samples will be <br />collected biannually from all monitoring wells containing water. These <br />samples will be collected by trained field personnel in the manner <br />described in Section II A 3. The samples will be analyzed for the <br />parameters listed in Table 7-77a which is the constituent list required <br />by the Colorado Division of Mined Land Reclamation for baseline water <br />quality data. This list was issued subsequent to the DMLR approval of <br />the Seneca II-W Mine constituent list which is nearly identical. <br />Analyses will be performed by an EPA certified laboratory. <br />Wells completed in the mine spoils (see Exhibit 7-1) will be pump tested <br />after there is sufficient ground water recovery for a meaningful test. <br />The pump testing array will be designed to provide values of <br />transmissivity, permeability, and storativity data sufficient to <br />quantify ground water. <br />• <br />• <br />7-175a Revised 04(22(88 <br />
