These changes will keep Peabody's water <br />quality sampling programs current with the ground water <br />regulations recently promulgated by the Colorado Department <br />of Health. <br />Please find enclosed three copies of revised Pages ix, <br />7-175 through 176a, and 177a through 7-177b (Tab 7, Volume <br />3), that required changing in Permit C-82-057. <br />Do not hesitate to call if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />James S.
