<br />5 ~'~s (a) Prepare, expand, and maintain a state register of historic properties and
<br />9 establish end promulgate criteria and proceJu«s by which properties shall
<br />be JetermineJ to be eligible for, nominated to, and listed is the slate register,

<br />(b) Regularly notify agencies of additions or deletions to the state register;
<br />(e) Prepare, no later tfian Tune )0, 1976, a preseivation plan which it shall
<br />cevicw and revise annually after said date.
<br />(2) The wciety has the power to prepare and Dromulpte rules and prou-
<br />dures to implement this article.
