It is ow opinion drat this site does not require a
dischazge permit at this time. Should you begin aperstions in the futwe, and treed to dischazge
process water or stotmwater, you will have to obtain new permit coverage for those discharges.
From this process a refund or additional fee may result and if so, you should receive notification
within the next 30 days. Should you hate questions on the foe, or should there be other questions on
this action, please contact Darlene Casey at (303) 692-3599.
Sincerely,
Susan Nachtrieb
Permits Unit Manager
Water Quality Protection Section
WATER QUALITY CONTROL pIV15TON
xc: Permit Section, EPA, Bruce Kant, Permits Team Leader (SP2-W-P)
Local Health Department
Jim Chubrilp, D.E., Technical Services Unit, WQCD
Leslie Simpson, Compliance Monitoring & Data Management, WQCD
Permit File
Fee File

SN/dc
