Kathleen Sullivan
Re: Discharge Monitoring Reports
April 9, 1996
Rainfall stopped at approximately 5:30 am on February 22. Pond A
was sampled during discharge at 12:10 pm on February 21. Pond B
was sampled during discharge at 2:44 pm on February 22. Both
ponds were discharging while run-off continued to flow into the
ponds. Therefore, both discharges meet the criteria of discharge
occurring within 48-hours after measurable precipitation has
stopped, and after pond inflow has stopped, under the Burden of
Proof Requirements.
If you have further questions or comments, feel free
Thomas C.
