CEC's second quarter 2007 sediment pond report was received by the Division on July 3, 2007. <br />Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment pond inspections were <br />conducted by CEC on June 28, 2007. <br />No significant problems were noted for any of the impoundments in the report. No discharge from any of <br />the ponds was reported. Due to rainfall prior to the pond inspection, all impoundments except the Dugout <br />pond held small pools of water.
