Owen <br />218 8th Street <br />Hugo, Iolorado 80821 <br />Re: File No.: M-89-004 <br />Incomplete Application <br />Kit Carson County <br />Raymond Duell Pit <br />Dear Mr. Owen: <br />Upon rf~viewing your application fora Mining & Reclamation Permit, dated <br />January 9, 1989, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado <br />Mined land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated <br />regulations. <br />T11e fo~lowing items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />consid(~red complete (Rule 1.1(12) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Re~elamation Board, as amended, effective November, 1988): <br />1. Exhibit F: Reclamation Plan Map [Rule 2.1.2(7)] <br />The map(s) of the proposed affected land, by all phases of the <br />total scope of the mining operation, shall indicate the following: <br />(a) The expected physical appearance of the area of the affected <br />land, correlated to the proposed mining and reclamation <br />timetables. The map must show proposed topography of the area <br />with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the <br />direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands; and <br />(b) Portrayal of the proposed final land use for each portion of <br />the affected lands. <br />2.
