Dear Mr. Owen:
Upon rf~viewing your application fora Mining & Reclamation Permit, dated
January 9, 1989, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado
Mined land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated
regulations.
T11e fo~lowing items must be submitted in order for the application to be
consid(~red complete (Rule 1.1(12) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined
Land Re~elamation Board, as amended, effective November, 1988):
1. Exhibit F: Reclamation Plan Map [Rule 2.1.2(7)]
The map(s) of the proposed affected land, by all phases of the
total scope of the mining operation, shall indicate the following:
(a) The expected physical appearance of the area of the affected
land, correlated to the proposed mining and reclamation
timetables. The map must show proposed topography of the area
with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the
direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands; and
(b) Portrayal of the proposed final land use for each portion of
the affected lands.
2. Exhibit Q: Municipalities Within Two Piffles [Rule 2.1.2(16)].
A list of any municipality(s) within two miles of the proposed
mining operation and address of the general office of each
municipality.
