As descxibed in the last report, the top of the waste~pde has been reeanstructed. It 'is
very levdwith agood. C%ss-slope. Phot? 6 shi#~ws a d~annel that is forming it the swale
along the south side of the top of the pile. The. dear vrater, ditt~1 on the north side is in
good shape: The top of the waste pile'is in very good oonditl~on
Except for Uie items mentioned above the tiq on the waste pile Chas been constructed as
spettified in the design approved by the Division of Minerals and Geology.
