It is understood
that the appropriate well permits, along with a minor or technical
revision to the permit would be required prior to using the well.
The site investigation will include pumping the sump down and
removing the rock contained in the sump. The water will be
discharged into the existing ditch leading from site 114. The
excavated rock will be placed adjacent to the sump and returned
upon completion of the investigation. It is understood that the
flume for measuring flows from site 114 will not be disturbed, and
that all the discharge from the site will be passed through the
existing ditch into Pond F.
David if there are further questions concerning this matter please
give me a call.
Sincerely,
C'.'GcG/lP,co~ ~~+~'
Richard Mills
Supervisor; Environmental Affairs
RAM/rm
