The Board considered the application in open <br />hearing on November 7, 1983. The Board approved the application <br />with the following stipulations: <br />1. The County Road Supervisor approve the work to be done <br />on the County Road and maintenance of the road. <br />2. A cattle ouard be installed were necessary. <br />3. Fencing of the ponds be considered to prevent animals <br />from coming in contact with them. <br />9.
