• <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Legal Description <br />The pit lies in the SW 1~4 of SE 1~4 Sec. 27 T9S R80';! 6th P.M. <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Mining Plan <br />The mine has been operated by the placement of a crusher at the <br />bottom of the slope and feeding it with a front end loader: The <br />loader pulls material from the cut bank and material is also <br />pushed down the slope to the cut bank vrith a bulldozer creating <br />a shallow, stripped area as noted on the sketch. Crushed material <br />is then stock-piled for use on roads and for use in the asphalt <br />plant. <br />EXHIBIT C <br />i See map. <br />EXHIBIT D <br />Wildlife <br />Refer to letter from the Colorado Division of ~~lildlife. <br />4later Resources <br />The site is located in a dry gulch with only intermittent runoff. <br />No water is used in the pit operation and no vrater pollution is <br />experienced from the pit operation. <br />Vegetation <br />The site is located just south of an old smelter operation from <br />which the prevailing winds carried sulphur dioxide fumes to~,rard <br />the pit location. The area is almost completely nude of vegetation <br />with the exception of a few widely separated clumps of grass and <br />pine trees. <br />
