M-77-011, M-77- <br />526, M-78-255, M-81-096, and M-86-079. <br />M-77-011 <br />This office does not have a file on this pit. It is possible that this pit has not exposed water after <br />December 31, 1980. <br />M-77-526 <br />A temporary water supply plan has been pending since July of 1990. Additional information <br />was requested for this plan on October 29, 1993. A letter from Albert Frei & Sons dated <br />December 1, 1993, signed by Aaron Harrington, stated that they were looking for a more <br />reliable water replacement source for their plan. We have not received any additional <br />information since that time. <br />M-78-255 <br />Information in our files indicates that mining ceased in 1979. if no additiona! water has been <br />exposed after December 31, 1980, then a water replacement plan is not required. <br />M-81-096 <br />The file was sent out to our consultant for review. The consultant requested additional <br />information from Albert Frei on April 8, 1998, however, Albert Frei has not responded. Another <br />request for the information will be sent out shortly. <br />M-86-079 <br />A temporary water supply plan proposal has been submitted to this office. This plan is currently <br />under review. There may be some bugs to work out. Will keep you updated. <br />
