No. 4C and No. 6 Water for <br />Dust Suppression: First Quarter 2005 Report <br />Dear Mr. Keffelew: <br />Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company ("CC&V") submits herein a summary of water used from <br />Ponds No. 4A, No. 4C and No. 6 for dust suppression and the location(s) of use. This report covers the <br />period from January 1, 2005 through Mazch 3l, 2005. There were 4,099,000 gallons of water used from <br />Pond No 4A, Pond No. 4C or Pond No. 6 during the first quarter.
