Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received RAG Empire Corporation's Dischazge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for second <br />quarter 2006, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0034142, on <br />August 1, 2006. RAG-EC provided an electronically generated DMR for second quarter 2006. <br />Only two outfalls, 003A and 022A, dischazged during second quarter 2006. None of the reported <br />parameters were found to be outside of CPDS permit limits. CPDS WET Tests need to be conducted once <br />per twelve month time period. WET tests were conducted during second quarter 2006 for outfalls 003X <br />022X. Outfall 024X did not discharge during this quarter.
