The water level in the sediment pond was about ] 8" below the invert <br />of the primary spillway. <br />REFERENCE DRAWINGS: Sediment Pond - Map 7; SWMP Controls -Map 14; <br />Dugou[ Pond - Exh 9, page 11. <br />S WMP CONTROLS: No significant amount of coal was spilled around the loadout. The <br />hydraulic oil tank at the loadout was sound. The sediment fences were in good repair. <br />The plant roads were adequately watered.
