Preventive Maintenance <br />All stormwater control systems (ditches, culverts, berms, revegetated areas, graveled areas, <br />etc.) are inspected at least twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall, by the <br />Environmental Engineer. Inspection reports are to identify any work required to maintain <br />and preserve the integrity and service capacities of the stormwater control system. Good Housekeeping <br />The mine premises are to be kept clean and orderly, and is a general responsibility of the <br />Surface Facilities Forman. There are varying levels of activity at the exemption sites, and <br />waste, trash and rubbish is brought to collection containers within the operational permitted <br />facilities as it might be generated. <br />e. Spill Prevention Response Procedures <br />The Corporate Spill Prevention Plan is in effect at the facility (a part of Permit C81-012), <br />and by reference, part of this SWMP.
