(I) Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the petmittee shall submit proof in order for an exemption of [he
settleable solids monitoring to be claimed. Said proof shall Ix submitted as an attachment to the Discharge
Monitoring Report for the appropriate period.
2. Reporting of Data
Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part I.B.I shall be on a monthly basis.
Monitoring results shall be summarized for each calendar month and reported on Division approved discharge
monitoring report (DMR) forms postmarked no later titan the 28th day of the following month following the end of
the quarter (for example, the DMR for the first calendar quaRer must be postmarkei by April 28th). if no
discharge occurs during the reporting period, "No Discharge" shall be reported.
