Reporting of Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part I.B.I shall be on a monthly basis. <br />Monitoring results shall be summarized for each calendar month and reported on Division approved discharge <br />monitoring report (DMR) forms postmarked no later titan the 28th day of the following month following the end of <br />the quarter (for example, the DMR for the first calendar quaRer must be postmarkei by April 28th). if no <br />discharge occurs during the reporting period, "No Discharge" shall be reported. <br />
