Whole Effluent Toxicity-Chronic Lethality Limitation Outfall 003 <br />Beginning January 1, 1997, and lasting through December 31, 1998, there shall be no statistically significant <br />difference in lethality (at the 95°~ confidence level) between the control and any effluent concentration less than or <br />equal to 9.6 °k effluent the IC25 for lethality shall be greater than 9.6 46 effluent. Such limitation shall apply as a <br />daily maximum. <br />
