33 <br />EXHIBIT I -SOILS INFORMATION <br />Overview <br />The upper 1 foot of overburden consist of topsoil. The topsoil is sandy with penetration by root <br />growth and organic matter. The underlying overburden consists of silty sand and sandy silt with <br />minor amounts of sandy lean clay. The underlying overburden layer averages about 6 feet in <br />thickness. As a part of an overall soils evaluation for the Entire Western Truck & Equipment <br />holdings in section 2 and section 35, Terracon of Greeley did a gravel evaluation report on this <br />site in December, 2001 Their report is attached as Exhibit I-1 Gravel Evaluation. <br />2RR app <br />CDMG 112 <br />
