Together with a 30' R.O.W from the West edge of the Union Pacific R.O.W. West along the
South side of the'/4 section line to Colo Highway 257 meeting in line with the intersection of
SH257 with CR 48 '/~. Specifically described (book 1039 rec. 197732) as a right of way and
easement for ingress and egress byway of a road over and across the North 30 feet of Parcel A
of Stroh's 2"d addition to the Town of Milliken. This road was used by a previous gravel
operation. There is a crossing of the railroad between this ROW and the NW comer of the permit
area. Application is being made to upgrade this crossing for heavier truck use.
There is also an access road from the north side of the permit area across a bridge over the Big
Thompson River continuing North over the applicants property and exiting onto SH 257 at the
top of the hill about'h mile South of CR 49. This road might be used to haul materials on site to
development work on the applicants property in the NE '/o of section 2 and the S % of section
35, Township 5 North, Range 67 West of the 6"' PM.
