This document includes process operational
analytical data and environmental ground water monitoring data collected and
compiled during our twelfth quarter of operations, July 1, 2003 through September 30,
2003.
The ground water data summary report is spiral bound as anon-confidential document
and includes a comparison of the 12th operational quarter with baseline and operational
general statistics prior to the current reporting period. In addition, the tables provide
information for comparison of Ground Water Standards as provided in Regulation No. 41
of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Water Quality Control
Commission and Numeric Protective Levels and Early Warning Indicators.
Comparison of the data values with the Early Warning Indicators (EW!) and the Numeric
Protective Levels (NPL) is showing some values above the established limits. These values
are summarized in Table 1 and highlighted in red in each of the summary tables within the
document, Included in the Executive Summary of the Ground Water document are
graphs illustrating the locations and constituents that are elevated above the established
Early Warning Indicators or Numeric Protective Levels.
