A letter from the Colorado Division of Wildlife, <br />indicating their lack of objections to this proposal, was faxed to our office on October 6, 2005 and <br />is enclosed for your records. We have determined the reclamation liability for this project to be <br />$15,186, and have received and approved of your exploration reclamation bond in the amount of <br />$15,200. <br />Please find enclosed our NOI approval form, indicating our approval date of October 6, 2005 and <br />documenting that Trapper Mining Inc may now proceed.
