The inspection also
satisfies Rule 4.05.9 (13) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining.
To the best of my knowledge, based upon my field observations and inves[i~atiotts, as detailed in the
attached inspections reports, all referenced ponds are being maintained in conformance with prudent, state-
oF-the-art earthen embankment construction.
Sincerely,
Ronald G. Thompson
MSHA Certified -Impoundment Inspections
I have reviewed these reports and certify that these ponds have been inspected by a qualified person under
my direction.
.
