"L and the 541: <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for industria' use The <br />deadline for persons to file statements regarding this operation, or to <br />petition fpr a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board to consider <br />the granting of a Permit is set by law; for information please call this <br />office. <br />Tl,e applicant is obligated to show that the proposed mining and reclamation <br />plans are in conformance with local Zoning ordinances, subdivision regula- <br />tions, or master plan, and is further required to place a copy of the .appli- <br />cation for public inspec[ion with the Clerk of the county in which the <br />proposed mine is situated. It is the Board's understanding that the Act <br />intends for the application to be made available for public review and <br />comment in an area close to the mine; it is not intended that it be made a <br />part of public record by recording. <br />The Board is tentatively scheduled to consider this application on <br />December 17-18, 1980 <br />We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and will be happy to answer <br />any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Mark S.
