"L and the 541: <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for industria' use The <br />deadline for persons to file statements regarding this operation, or to <br />petition fpr a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board to consider <br />the granting of a Permit is set by law; for information please call this <br />office. <br />Tl,e applicant is obligated to show that the proposed mining and reclamation <br />plans are in conformance with local Zoning ordinances, subdivision regula- <br />tions, or master plan, and is further required to place a copy of the .appli- <br />cation for public inspec[ion with the Clerk of the county in which the <br />proposed mine is situated.
