Wagner Wagner Construction, Inc. 96400 East Hwy 40 Craig CO 81625 Re: Wagner Rock, File No. M-99-018, Receipt of 110 Con:;truction Materials Reclamation Permit Application Package Dear Mr. Wagner: On March 9, 1999 and March 1 I, 1999, the Division of Minerals and Geology received the following information pertaining to your L l0 Construction Materials Reclamation Pea ut Application package for the Wagner Rock, File No. M-49-018: The two copies of Exhibits received on March 9, I99S were: Exhibit B, and explaination why Exhibit D was not submitted, Exhibit E, F, H, L, and Addendum 1. The Division received as supplimental information to Exhibit F two copies of the notice to the Boazd of County Commissioners which was also submitted to the Division on Febnutry 26, 1999, and also two copies of t}le Receipt from the Moffat County Clerl: and Recorder which is the receipt that was submitted to the Division on February 26, 1999. The completed areas of the application form were received on March 11, 1999 The Division did not receive Exhibit G 0 Source of Le,;al Right-to-Enter on either March 9th or March I l th. The Division requests that you get another receipt from the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder for the additional information that you submitted to the Division since February 26, 1999. All the information that you have submitted to the Division should be on file at the Clerk and Recorder for public review and the Division requires proof that the Clerk and Recorder has this information. Your application will not be considered filed until the information listed above is received and found sufFcient to begin our review. A decision date .will be established 30 days from the date of receipt of all of the requested information. Additionally, if you have already published notice you will ne xi to republish notice, after the Division considers the application submitted. Republication must occur once within I:en (10) days of the submittal date. We will notify you when you should initiate republication of your notice. The fma I date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after the date of publication or the next regular business day.
