Simpson <br />Secrcrary <br />RE: Construction regulations variance request no. 94-015, gravel pit located in the NE1/4 of the <br />SWt/4 of Section 35, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in <br />Weld County, Bestway Paving, owners, Receipt No. 343284. <br />Dear Mr. Jones: <br />Your February 11, 1994 request for a variance to install pumping equipment in the above- <br />, referenced gravel pit has been reviewed for the Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction <br />and Pump Installation Contractors. <br />Pursuant to Board policy for gravel pit construction, your request is granted to allow the <br />pumping of water from the pit by portable temporary pumps placed on the rim or banks of the <br />pit with intake hoses extending into the pond.
