Simpson, Assistant State Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Weld County Department of Engineering - Lehr Pit <br />Application for Mining and Reclamation Permit, X83-213 <br />As requested, we have revielaed the above referenced application for a dry pit <br />northwest of Nunn. The application indicates that water for the operation will <br />be obtained by permission from stock hater ponds or springs in the area, or <br />hauled from the County Shops in Greeley. (Veld County cannot legally divert <br />hater from the stock water ponds unless the ponds are decreeu to allow the <br />mining use.
