The Fountain Sand and Gravel Company, Delaware Corporation
authorised to do business in the State of C lorado, whose address
is 1801 S. La Crosse Avenue, Pueblo, County of Pueblo, and State of
Colorado, for the consideration of One Run ad Twenty-Five Thousand
and No/100tha Dollars ($125,000.00), in han paid, hereby sells and
conveys to City of Pueblo, A Municipal Cor ation, whose legal addree

the following reel properly in the County o Pueblo, and firsts of
Colorado, to wit;
A portion of Lots 1 and 2, lying north f the Arkansas River
in the HE Quarter of Section 5, Townshi 21 South, Range 64 li
Want of the 6th P.M., more particularly described As follows:
Beginning at the northwest Corner f the said Lot 2 of
Section 51 thence easterly along the n th line of said Lot 2,
a distance of 615.00 feet to the point f beginning, !hence
soutl.erly, parallel to the went line of me said Lot 2, a
distance of 500.00 feet; thence eanterl and parallel to the
north line of said Lot 2, a distance of 755.00 feet to a point
15 feet west of the centerline of the th Ditch; thence
northeasterly along a line at a deflect on angle of 56.62'
with the last course extended easterly, a distance of 598.22
