It can be in the form of metes d bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Tne plan should be correlated with <br />the snap and should show where extraction will begin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXNI3IT C - Map <br />This snap should clearly define the pernit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with tne;nininy operation. all <br />' immediately adjacent lando•+mers of record must oe sho~vn. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on this snap. <br />EXHIBIT D - ',Jildlife, Water Resources, Veqetation and Soils Information <br />' Each of the aoove-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br />Rule. <br />' EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />As :rich the ;wining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />' phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected oy each. <br />If possible, ttie plan should be closely correiated with the snap. If not, the narrative <br />must oe comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br />appearance of [ne area after completion or reclamation. <br /> <br /> <br />
