The report in <br />question includes the results of your chronic whole eilluent toxicity testing. This report is required on <br />asemi-annual basis. [n a letter dated April 30, 1993 I informed you of the need to do this testing. You <br />were encourage to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that such monitoring was done. A copy of <br />[his letter is enclose for your information. Please be advised that such monitoring is necessary even if you <br />only discharge one day during the six month period. Since you have control of your discharge, it would <br />seem that you should be able to make the necessary arrangements to perform the required testhtg. An <br />enforcement action for failure to perform these tests is likely. <br />Again, please submit the necessary Discharge Monitoring Report for the period of July 1, 1993 through <br />December 31, 1993.
