If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If not, the narrative must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected appear- ance of the area after completion of reclamation. You are not required to submit this information, but a submission would assist the Division's pro- cessing of the application. When the Division notifies the Iocal government of the existence of this application, it will request information regarding compliance with applicable local law. It i~ intended that operators may concurrently come into compli- ance with local regiu rements at the same time the Division is processing this applica- tion. Information regarding the status with IocaZ government will be helpful. OtheLwise, a financial warranty of $5,000.00 will automatically be set. For alZ 111 permits, the financial warranty shall be 52,500.00 per acre. EXHIBIT I - Terms of Governmental Contracts (111 Applications only! For Special 10-Day (1211 permits, the operator must submit a copy of the contract or other proof that proves the necessity of a special 10-day permit.
