Please be advised that on December 4, 1994, Million Aggregate Investments
Ltd., whose address and telephone number are 5951 St. Vrain Rd., Longmont, CO
80503; [phone], filed an application to conduct surface mining and
reclamation, at or near Section 13, Township 49N, Range IOW, New Mexico Prime
Meridian, in Montrose County. The application decision is scheduled for
March 9, 1995.
