CO-00045161 <br />FOURTII QUARTER 2004 DISCIIARGE MONITORING REPORTS (DMR) <br />Dear Mr. Coombe, <br />Colowyo is submitting the fourth quarter dischazge monitoring report to the Water Quality Control Division. <br />Please fmd the DMR reports attached for your review. No regulatory limits were exceeded during the fourth <br />quarter of 2004. <br />Measurable discharge for the fourth quarter occursed only at outfall OOlA. Outfall OOIA dischazged continuously <br />throughout the fourth quarter. <br />Field measurements of outflow were taken four times in October, five times in November and four times in <br />December at outfa11001 A. Laboratory samples were taken at outfa11001 A in October (1 sample), November ( I <br />sample) and December (1 sample). <br />Thank you for your consideration.
