>.. <br />EASTSIDE MINE <br />Garfield County, Colorado <br />SEDIMENT POND INSPECTION <br />On July 10, 1987 an inspection of the sediment pond located at <br />Eastside Mine, Eastside Coal Company, Incorporated, Garfield County, <br />Colorado was conducted. <br />This inspection satisfies the requirement of Rule 4.05.6(11)(b) <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. During this inspection, <br />the sediment pond was examined for any visible cracking or other defor- <br />mation of the embankment and any areas where seepage was occurring. No <br />deformation, cracking, or seepage was observed.
