Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />Staff has received confirmation of Ephemeral Resources acceptance of the estimated costs <br />to reclaim the above referenced application as proposed. All issues and clarifications <br />appear to have been addressed between. staff and the applicant. Therefore, staff is please <br />to inform Ephemeral that the 1121: application for the above referenced site is anAroved. <br />In order for the permit to be issued, Ephemeral Resources will need to submit and have <br />accepted by the Division the required Performance and Financial Warranties. The <br />Financial Warranty has been set at 5162,289.00 for this permit based on the proposed <br />Mining and Reclamation Plans. Please ensure that all the Division's acceptable forms are <br />used when submitting these warranties to expedite permit issuance. As a reminder, no <br />disturbance to the permitted area can be done until the Warranties are accepted by DMG <br />and the permit is actually issued.
