All comment and review periods began on <br />February 17, 1999. The decision date for your application is scheduled for March 19, 1999. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to all <br />owners of record of surface tights and all owners of record of ]ands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the <br />affec[ed land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such az <br />Certified Mail - Retwa Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. <br />Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review <br />copy which has been placed with the Elbert County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewitrg your application to determine whether it is adequate [o true[ the requirements of the Act.
