Please be advised that on July 7, 1995, Rio Blanco County, whose address and
telephone number are P.0. Box KK, Meeker, CO 81641; (790> 878-5061, filed an
application to conduct surface mining and reclamation, at or near Section 10,
Township 1N, Range 102W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Rio Blanco County. The
application decision is scheduled for October 5, 1995.

Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and
