This is in addition to the concentration limitations
on Total BODS and Total Suspended Solids.
Expansion Requirements
Pursuant to Colorado Law, C.R.S. 1973 25-8-501 (6), the permittee
is required to initiate engineering and financial planning for
expansion of the Domestic Wastewater Treatment works whenever
throughput and treatment reaches eighty (80) percent of design
capacity. Whenever ninety-five (95) percent of either the hydraulic
( • or organic capacity of the treatment works is met, the permittee
f, shall commence construction of the necessary treatment expansion.
The design capacity of the Domestic Wastewater Treatment works is
0.012 MGD for hydraulic flow and 25 lb.
