OWNERSHIP AND RIGHT OF ENTRY
• All of the proposed drill
located within the boundaziea
by Energy Fuels Mining Company
routes, and property ownership
1988-9 Drill Site Location Nap
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
sites and their access routes aze
of properties which aze controlled
All of the drill Bites, access
boundaries aze shown on Exhibit 1,
which is attached hereto.
1. Timing: Drilling activities subject to this request are
scheduled to commence during the late summer or fall of 1988 and
are planned for completion by no later than December 31, 1989.
Reclamation of all drill sites and access routes will be
completed as soon as practicable after drilling is concluded.
Any sites on which all planned drilling ie completed during the
summer and fall of 1988 will be reclaimed by no later than
October 30, 1989. Final reclamation of all drill sites and
access routes will be completed no later than November 30, 1990.
2. Access: The app:
each site are depicted on
Map. As shown, access
existing roads which aze
lines. A limited amount
necessary to access sites
~oximate routes to be used for access to
Exhibit 1, 1988-9 Drill Site Location
will be achieved where possible using
shown on the map by pazallel dashed
of grubbing and dozer work will be
R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-9, R-SO and R-11.
• These azeas aze designated on Exhibit 1, 1988-9 Drill Site
Location Nap, with a bold dotted line. Ia those azeas where
dozer work is required, the first step will be to strip topsoil
by wind rowing it with a dozer blade oa the upper aide of the
trail where it will be stored for replacement during final
reclamation. Then, a minimal amount of dozing will be done only
within the stripped azeas to provide a reasonable access trail
for drilling and associated equipment. Where grubbing is
required, a dozer will be used to blade brush and small trees to
the sides of the route. No topsoil removal or eazth work will be
necessazy for brush clearing operations. Additional access route
work is not foreseen, but if it becomes aecessazy, it will be
minor and conducted in the manner described above. No major
ephemeral drainages or perennial streams will be crossed by any
of the access routes to be used during this proposed drilling
project. All activities will be conducted only during periods of
good, dry ground conditions in order to prevent uaaecessazy
rutting and disturbance of access routes and drill sites. In
some azeas along existing roads, where erosion has occurred, a
small amount of dozer work will be neceseazy to upgrade the road
surface is order to provide access for drilling equipment. Thin
work will be conducted within the boundaries of existing roadway
disturbance and will create no additional disturbance and/or
reclamation obligations.
3. Site prepazatioa: To the extent possible, the drill
sites shown on Exhibit 1, 1988-9 Drill Site Location Map have
been located in areas of flat terrain to minimize or eliminate
