CO 80222-1530 <br />RE: PERMfT CO-0042161; 3RD QUARTER 2004 DMR SUBMITTAL <br />Dear Ms. Lenkey: <br />Please find enclosed the above referenced discharge monitoring reports for the period from July 1, <br />2004 through September 30, 2004, for Outfalls 001A (site 115), 002A (300E), and 3001. No permit <br />exceedances occurred during this period. <br />Note that Outfafl OO1A only discharged during the last two weeks Juty. 3001 flowed each week of the <br />period, however Outtall 002A discharged only during the four weeks in September. <br />A Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) test was collected for Outfall 001 W in July 2004. This test <br />indicated that the effluent was not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival.
