Refer to Map Ol, Surface Ownership, ovmer number 5. There are <br />occupied dwellings on the property which maybe loser than 300 feet measured botiuomally from <br />the disturbance associated with Bowie Resources Limited's facilities along old State Highway <br />133. The attorney- in-fact for the property rewgttizes it may have the legal right to deny the <br />disturbance associated with the constttrction of these facilities.
